Product Details
In contrast to traditional dual fiber DWDM systems, the 20CH 40-wavelength DWDM mux and demux 1U rack employs a single fiber design. This design allows for the transmission and multiplexing of signals across 20 distinct wavelengths through a single fiber, ultimately conserving fiber resources and lowering costs. The insertion loss for the single fiber DWDM mux and demux is less than 3.5dB (with a line loss under 7dB), and it is a fully passive device that facilitates point-to-point transmission of 20 different services over a single fiber.
