The D-NET SFP-3GS20-31 optical transceiver comprises three main components: a DFB laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode paired with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA), and an MCU control unit. These transceivers are fully compliant with the SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472 standards, and all modules adhere to class I laser safety specifications.
