D-net SFP+ transceivers are efficient and economical high-performance modules capable of supporting data rates up to 12Gbps and enabling transmission over a distance of 10 kilometers using single-mode fiber (SMF). These transceivers are composed of three main components: a non-cooled 1310nm DFB laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode that comes with a trans-impedance amplifier (TIA), and a microcontroller unit (MCU) for control. All of these modules adhere to Class I laser safety standards. Additionally, they are designed to be compatible with the SFP Multi-Source Agreement and feature SFF-8472 compliant digital diagnostic monitoring functions.
